DawnForge Studio

Privacy policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026

DawnForge Studio ("we") builds websites and makes online videos. This page explains what personal data we handle, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: hello@dawnforgestudio.com.

This website

This site has no sign-up, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which may keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site secure and running.

When you email us

If you write to us, we use your name, email address and what you send us to reply and, if you hire us, to do the work. We keep it only as long as needed for that and for our business records, and we never sell it.

Contacting businesses

We sometimes email a business about a website we could build for it, using contact details the business publishes for that purpose. Every such email says who we are and how to opt out. If you reply asking us to stop, we add your address to a do-not-contact list and never email it again. We delete details of businesses that haven't replied after 90 days.

Google and YouTube data

Our app "DawnForge" connects to YouTube only to upload videos to DawnForge Studio's own channels and to read those channels' names. It asks Google for two permissions: uploading videos (youtube.upload) and reading basic channel details (youtube.readonly).

Who we share data with

Only the services we need to run: Cloudflare (hosting and email forwarding), Google (email and YouTube) and Resend (sending email). We don't sell personal data to anyone.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under Malaysia's PDPA 2010 or the UK and EU GDPR), you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it, including asking us never to contact you again. Email hello@dawnforgestudio.com and we'll reply within 21 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
